Minimum requirements
- A current ICF ACC, PCC or MCC credential, or a verifiable ICC coaching certification.
- Current or previous first-hand experience in a C-level or equivalent executive position.
- Evidence of direct responsibility for strategy, results, teams, transformation or enterprise-level decisions.
- Experience coaching executives, leaders, teams or founders.
- Commitment to ethics, confidentiality and responsible AI.
- Willingness to learn and apply the Ralkhemia methodology.
- Willingness to participate in observed practice, feedback and continuous calibration.
General corporate experience or experience coaching C-level clients is not sufficient. Every candidate must have personally held C-level or equivalent executive responsibility.
What qualifies as equivalent executive responsibility?
Current or previous roles may include CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO, Chief Innovation Officer, CTO, CIO, CMO, Chief Transformation Officer, Country Manager, Country Director, General Manager, Managing Director, Regional Executive Head, Business Unit President, or a Vice President with strategic and results accountability.
Equivalence depends on the actual scope of the role, not the title alone: strategy and results accountability; team leadership; business decision-making; exposure to boards or executive committees; responsibility for transformation, growth, operations or crisis; and functional, regional, national or enterprise-wide responsibility.
We review CVs, LinkedIn profiles, professional references or other reasonable evidence. Corporate employment, consulting, executive training, coaching C-level clients or maintaining an executive client portfolio do not by themselves meet this requirement.

Is Agile Growth Ralkhemists Network a coaching certification body?
No. Every member must already hold a verifiable ICF credential or ICC certification. Agile Growth Ralkhemist is a separate accreditation in the Ralkhemia methodology, responsible use of Elyos Pro and the network’s standard of practice.
Which coaching credentials are accepted?
The initial network accepts current ICF ACC, PCC or MCC credentials and verifiable ICC coaching certifications.
Must every coach have C-level experience?
Yes. Every Agile Growth Ralkhemist must currently hold or have previously held a C-level or equivalent executive position.
Is general corporate experience sufficient?
No. Working in a corporation, consulting for executives or coaching C-level clients does not by itself meet the requirement. Ralkhemia evaluates the candidate’s actual strategic responsibility, decision-making authority, accountability for results and leadership scope.
How is C-level experience verified?
Ralkhemia reviews the candidate’s CV, professional profile, references and the actual scope of their current or previous executive responsibilities.
Does paying USD 150 guarantee accreditation?
No. The fee covers verification, evaluation and onboarding. Accreditation is granted only after the candidate successfully demonstrates the required standard.
What does annual membership include?
It includes complimentary coach access to Elyos Pro, preferred client pricing, annual verified badges, podcast visibility, professional promotion, community learning and eligibility for curated client matches.
Are coaches guaranteed to receive clients?
No. Active members are eligible for opportunities, but matches depend on client needs, the coach’s C-level and industry experience, language, availability, geography and fit.
How is Elyos Pro used?
Elyos Pro supports reflection, preparation and continuity between sessions. It does not replace the coach or make decisions for the client.
Do clients receive a discount on Elyos Pro?
Eligible clients working with an active Agile Growth Ralkhemist receive 35% preferred pricing during the authorized coaching period.
Is EEG mandatory?
No. EEG is an optional specialist capability available only through appropriately trained members and when the client chooses to participate.
Does EEG provide a diagnosis?
No. EEG is used as a biofeedback and learning experience. It does not provide medical, neurological or psychological diagnosis.
