More than 25 years transforming organizations — and a conviction that better leadership begins with greater awareness.
Alex Bravo is the Founder of Ralkhemia, a Harvard Business School alumnus, and an executive whose career spans innovation, strategy and operations. He has served as Chief Innovation Officer at Citibanamex, Head of Strategy at HSBC, Head of Operations at Walmart, and Country Director at Talan and CoinFlip.
A curiosity about how we think, decide and lead brought him to the intersection of conscious leadership, mindfulness, applied neuroscience and artificial intelligence. He is a certified mindfulness teacher and a board member of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association. His work also explores attention and human performance through technologies such as electroencephalography (EEG).
An international speaker and Forbes contributor, Alex is the author of LíderGPT, a Spanish-language book featuring 180 prompts for more conscious leadership, and the creator of Elyos AI, designed to strengthen critical thinking and leadership.
Today, his focus is on helping people use AI to amplify their capabilities while preserving what makes them human: judgment, creativity and awareness.

We are curating a global network of credentialed coaches who currently hold or have personally held C-level or equivalent executive positions. They bring first-hand experience of leadership pressure, complex decisions and accountability to the development of other leaders.
Each Ralkhemist combines a verified ICF credential or ICC coaching certification with the Ralkhemia Conscious Leadership methodology, Elyos Pro-supported reflection and the prompts and practices of LíderGPT. Human judgment and the coaching relationship remain at the center.
They have not only coached leaders. They have been the leaders carrying the decision, the pressure and the accountability.
The founding cohort is being curated. Coaches join after their credentials, executive experience and coaching practice have been verified.
